There seems to be new Android based phone out of Motorola heading for Verizon in October. The phone seems pretty packed. The Motorola Sholes has 480X854, 3.7″ screen and seem to have 512MB storage, 256MB RAM, microSD / microSDHC up to sixteen GB and features CDMA as well as EVDO Rev A.
