Clearwire has signed a MOU, memorandum of understanding with WiMAX operators UQ Communications of Japan (UQ) and Yota of Russia to provide roaming between services for users of either service. Cleauqyota will be the rulers of WiMAX skies, at least for now.
But this initiative will provide opportunity for others to think about providing regular wireless services…
