fringME! Gives A Whole New Meaning To Find Me
Fring, an application I’ve written about before, has introduced something that isn’t VoIP related, but is scary all the same: now folks can see exactly where you are thanks to the handy, dandy GPS in your mobile phone. It was only a matter of time before someone did this.
This feature requires you to have one of their new FringME! widgets, which gives people the ability to connect with you over IM thru Fring from a web page. You also have to–thankfully–enable or disable the feature in your Fring client loaded on your GPS-enabled handset.
