According to a Wall Street Journal, Dell will be building an Android based phone for AT&T wireless. The phone is some what similar to that they showed in China “Ophone Mini3I” this August. But when questioned, both companies, Dell And AT&T have refuced to give an answer regarding the validity of the news, WSJ reported.
