AT&T Hikes Illinois Phone Rates Up To 63% But Consumer’s Choice Plans, Can Reduce The Pain

CUB, Citizens Utility Board, Illinois is reporting that AT&T is hiking Plain Old Telephone rates by as much as 63%.
