Will Oracle, Google Settle in Court On Android Java Case?
As per presiding Federal Judge’s request, Google and Oracle are willing to discuss a settlement before a Magistrate Judge, with Google asking for a Magistrate Judge who is not involved with the case. I guess it could mean the Judge Donna Ryu, who is involved with discovery procedures.
Yes we hope they settle and remove at least one obstacle on the Android’s path.
